Welcome to the first edition of the WTG Newsletter!

We are constantly amazed at the support our website has seen since launch on January 12th of this year. To date, we've seen 3076 page views and 1851 unique visits, from Brazil to Canada, Europe to Asia.

We want to send a big thanks to the indy gaming community for the support we've seen, and of course to our growing fan base. We're excited to open the WTG forums to you, and we look forward to your feedback.

Currently, I am working on texturing the werewolf. This is my first real photoshop project. I am trying to color my cat's hair brown and then put it on the werewolf. It is taking time to find the best way to accomplish this. I am a noob and hit the back button feverenly. It's actually not so bad. I could ask for help from the other Studio members, and they would be more than happy to help, but I learn better by experimenting. It takes more time, but I better remember how to do things. Also, you never know what you may discover during this learning process. I know a few tricks now that probably would have taken me months to discover. AHHH the joy of just pushing the button.

I see that the development of the game is going at a furious pace now. I am not a code writer or any of those other fancy/technical things, so I help where I can and spend a lot of time playing the game. I make observations and suggestions when I can. I figure that I can be the most help in game play--someone has to test those things! Seeing the changes on a daily basis is exciting and fun to experience.

We have been plesantly surprised and a little freaked out by all of the web traffic our little(HUGE) project had garnered. It has been very unexpected and we are trying to keep up with it. All I can say is WOW when the stats are posted.

The project is moving along at a great pace as far as the game goes, and a scrambling pace as far as PR and web site updates go. I picture Malv and Heather trying to find their boots like bleary eyed--slept 2 hours soldiers--in basic training. This is a great game and I can't wait for the finished project when I can say---remember when that roof floated off the building?
